EXTERIOR
STRUCTURE
In the report, the inspector will include the type of roof, roofing material used, roof drainage, the roof drain, gutters, downspouts, vents, flashing, skylights, and the exterior of chimneys and roof protrusions.
Please take note of the following details mentioned in the report by the inspector:
- The report will cover the material of the exterior wall coverings and the flashing.
- The inspector needs to test the operation of the doors and a representative number of windows.
- The inspection will include the evaluation of terraces, door stoops, staircases, steps, porches, railings, sidewalks, and the parking area.
- The eaves, soffits, and exterior fascia will be inspected.
- The report will also highlight any potential issues related to vegetation, surface drainage, and land slope that could impact the building.
Please take note of the following information:
The inspector will mention the condition of the foundations, floors, beams, columns, and walls.
INSULATION
The inspector will include in the report details about the insulation material and vapor barriers found in accessible unfinished areas.

PLUMBING
The heating system report includes energy sources, equipment, thermostat, chimney, heat distribution, combustible storage, supply line, refueling pipes, and ventilation.
In the report, the inspector will mention the following: the climate control system, the type of equipment, the location of the thermostat, the pipes of the distribution system, and the drainage installation.
The report by the inspector includes water supply, drainage, and hot water, with details on capacity, energy type, and presence of shut-off and pressure relief valves.
ELECTRICITY
The inspector's report will cover the installation of power service supply entrance,, equipment's rated amperage and voltage, electrical distribution panels, circuit breakers and fuses, branch circuit wiring, lighting fixtures, switches, electrical outlets, polarity and grounding of outlets, ground fault circuit interrupters, and fault circuit breaker.
INTERIOR
The inspector's report should include details about the walls, floors, and ceilings as well as the staircases, steps, and handrails. A representative number of windows and doors should also be mentioned. Additionally, the report should note the presence or absence of smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, and any of leakage, water stains, condensation, or mold inside the building.
VENTILATION
The inspector's report will cover the ventilation of attic spaces, basement and crawl spaces, mechanical ventilation systems, bathroom ventilators, range hood, dryer evacuation outlet system, air exchanger, including its filters, location, and air intake.
